Microsoft with its own SIM card for mobile internet

Microsoft is testing a mobile app for the mobile Internet, which will enable users of mobile devices to Windows 10 related to various network operators phones without contract.

The Verge weeks ago reported that the application was published in the Windows Store, although Microsoft has not yet announced its plans for the service.
The application is designed to work on Windows 10 and requires a "SIM card to Microsoft".
Microsoft is planning to sell packages and service fees through WindowsStore, so the data will be associated with a Microsoft account.
The company recently signed a virtual operator agreement with Transatel, a provider of mobile roaming services at multiple locations to ensure access to mobile networks for Windows products
